Hollowbrook PenitentiaryIn Development - Seeking Investors
Thomas, an intelligent college-aged man determined to get the most out of his youth, is desperate for new experiences. He has been planning a trip to an abandoned prison for months. There, along with his girlfriend Bethany and his somewhat jealous best friend Paul, he plans on locking his group in one of the cells for an entire weekend.
Once they reach the prison, Paul’s jealousy toward Bethany begins to reveal itself, and the agitation between the two starts to rise. After the first night, the keys mysteriously disappear, confining them to the small chamber. At the mercy of each other’s panic, the rattled friends steadily fall apart, tortured by the nightmare around them. There is no doubt in their minds: they are not alone in that prison.
Their conviction becomes a terrifying reality when the boys awake to find Bethany locked in a cell across the hall. They plan their escape diligently in fear of the approaching night, but as the day drags on, the dread and uncertainty that rolls in with the dark starts to envelope them.
With winsome, realistic characters, a sinister setting and a scenario guaranteed to evoke chills in its audience, Hollowbrook Penitentiary is a surefire horror hit that will thrill both genre fans and film enthusiasts alike.

RPM - Television Sitcom PilotSeeking Network or Cable Deal
In the vein of ‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’ and ‘Trailer Park Boys’ comes RPM, a smart new music-based comedy about three upstate New York hipsters running the only record store in town.
Dustin Riches, the assistant manager at Vinny’s Vinyl, is a mischievous and charismatic 25 year-old with aspirations too big for his skinny jeans. Along with the help of Harriet Petty and Thaddeus Marburg, Dustin’s job is to make sure that owner Vincent Dunn never has to do any work whatsoever.
When Vinny’s Vinyl receives a $10,000 small business grant, Dustin decides that he will direct an unforgettable commercial and prove to everyone that he is an artist. Petty and Thad get roped in and very soon Dustin is way over budget. Cut off and forced to fire his cast and crew, he makes one last heroic attempt to save the commercial and the company from financial ruin.
It all comes crashing down when the store is accidentally burned to the ground. Nonchalant and confident as ever, Dustin assures everyone that things will be fine once Vinny pulls a few strings. Vinny, of course, is too lazy to do anything at all, so it’s all up to Dustin to make things right. How far will he have to go and how low will he have to stoop to come up with the money to rebuild the shop?
